Control: no unpleasant surprises with your credit card. You keep your finger on the pulse, as frequently as you want to.
Flexible: you can select all six messages or only part of them. We will keep you up to date on an occasional basis or at regular times. Via e-mail or sms. You can also always amend your choices afterwards.
What messages will I get with Citibank Alerting Service?
You receive an sms and/or e-mail with the following notifications:
- A transaction occured with your credit card for a payment of more than 150 €.
- A transaction occured with one of your additional credit cards for a payment of more than 150 €.
- You have reached 90% of your credit opening.
- Your new online statement is available.
- The minimum amount to pay.
- The weekly balance of your account.
